This Position: Social / UGC Marketer — Marketing Seat (20%)
Why this seat exists
BLV builds in tiny pods where Marketing is a first-class seat. We need a social short-form-native creator who can turn product truth into scalable UGC, influencer traction, and measurable sales—owning the Marketing 20% seat from day one. This is an opportunity to own cash flow and equity from as many projects in the AI Collaboratory as you want to take ownership of.
What you'll do (Job Description)
Own top-of-funnel growth on TikTok
Research hooks, write/shoot/edit (CapCut OK), publish, iterate.
Spin up creator/influencer program
Recruit and brief micro-creators, manage delivery, track revenue.
Run sharp paid tests
Rapid A/B on hooks, formats, CTAs; scale winners, kill losers..
Attribution discipline
UTMs, codes, link routing; weekly KPI snapshot the pod can trust.
Partner with PM & Tech
Align offer/landing flow, analytics, and experiment cadence.
30 Days
Ship 35–50 TikToks, recruit 10+ micro-creators, launch $2–5k test budget, tracking live.
60 Days
2–3 repeatable content patterns; target CAC on at least one channel; affiliate program running.
90 Days
2× content velocity via UGC factory; affiliates ≥ 25% of monthly sales; weekly creative review loop.
KPIs you own
Hook rate, 3-sec hold, saves/shares, CTR, CAC/CPA vs target, attributed revenue, active creators/month, % sales via affiliates.
Must-haves
Portfolio of UGC that sold, comfort on-camera or faceless, basic media buying chops, fast iteration.
Nice-to-haves
Creator CRM, affiliate tooling, DTC/app launch experience.

Compensation — Ownership track (not a job)
  • Revenue share: 20% of monthly split-eligible profit on projects where you hold the Marketing seat (cash-basis: gross cash in minus sales/indirect taxes, refunds & platform/processing fees, and direct, pre-approved costs such as ads, creators, usage-based tools). Paid after monthly close.
  • Equity share: 20% of project equity for the Marketing seat—same percentage as cash flow, accruing from day one.

This Position: Project Manager — Project Manager Seat (20%)
Why this seat exists
Our pods ship weekly, or they don't ship. We need a PM who owns outcomes, not task lists—driving clarity, cadence, and measurable wins across our pods from Tech to Marketing.
What you'll do (Job Description)
Own the ship rhythm
Weekly planning, scope, QA, and a published ship log.
Translate goals → experiments
PRDs, acceptance criteria, instrumented tests (activation, retention, conversion).
Remove blockers
Align dependencies, manage carve-outs, maintain risk register.
Turn wins into playbooks
Capture prompts/agents/templates for reuse ("compounding engineering").

30 Days
Baseline PRD, milestone map, risk register; backlog groomed; user feedback loop; weekly ship log.
60 Days
Cycle time ↓ 25%; 1–2 quantitative wins (activation/retention/conversion).
90 Days
Predictable weekly releases; north-star metric trending up; post-mortems + reuse library shipped.
KPIs you own
Weekly releases, cycle time, planned vs delivered, escaped defects, activation/retention uplifts, quality of insights, Leverage Index (impact ÷ hours).
Must-haves
Evidence of shipping products (share a recent 4-week ship log), strong PRD/QA discipline, analytics comfort.
Nice-to-haves
PLG/DTC funnel experience, light SQL, AI tooling familiarity.
