  • Examples of what you’ve built or shipped that show your skills (links, screenshots, repos, campaigns, etc.).
  • Your role and impact on each example (what you did, what changed, any metrics if available).

Why this seat exists
Every pod needs a servant-leader who connects vision to execution. The Producer defines the "why" and "where," framing markets, offers, and first tests so Tech, Marketing, and PM can sprint with clarity.
What you'll do
Frame vision → path to market: distill insights into testable offers.
Shape value prop, target personas, and positioning.
Write the first draft of landing copy, pitch decks, or demo scripts.
Align pod priorities; mediate trade-offs.
Capture learnings into reusable playbooks and checklists.
30 / 60 / 90 Days
30: Value prop doc, audience map, competitive scan; first landing copy; test #1 aligned.
60: One offer validated or killed; 2–3 messaging angles tested; north-star metric defined.
90: Predictable idea → test loop; validated channel/message fit; playbooks shipped.
KPIs you own
Validated offers per quarter; time to first test; % tests with clear decision; quality of insights/playbooks; leverage index.
Must-haves
Evidence of framing & launching something real (deck/site/pitch); storytelling skill; comfort with data + A/B testing.
Nice-to-haves
Go-to-market for SaaS/DTC, fundraising exposure, AI-tool fluency.
Compensation — Ownership track (not a job)
Revenue share: 20% of monthly split-eligible profit on projects where you hold the Producer seat.
Equity share: 20% of project equity for the Producer seat—same percentage as cash flow.

What you'll do
Build prototypes, MVPs, and production hand-offs.
Automate workflows; reduce human toil with agents and scripts.
Own repos, deploys, and analytics integration.
Collaborate with Marketing, PM, and Producer to ship weekly.
Document reusable modules for future pods.
30 / 60 / 90 Days
30: MVP scaffold; baseline CI/CD; analytics SDK integrated.
60: One feature shipped to real users; agent/module in production; latency/error rates measured.
90: Predictable weekly releases; backlog velocity up; 2+ reusable modules documented.
KPIs you own
Weekly release velocity; uptime/bug rate; time to MVP; # reusable modules; analytics coverage.
Must-haves
Evidence of building/shipping (repo/product); comfort with AI APIs; velocity mindset.
Nice-to-haves
DTC/app launch experience; infra scaling; agent orchestration.

Marketers — Social / UGC Marketer (18%)
Why this seat exists
BLV builds in tiny pods where Marketing is a first-class seat. We need a short-form-native creator who can turn product truth into scalable UGC, influencer traction, and measurable sales—owning the Marketing 20% seat from day one.
What you'll do
Own top-of-funnel growth on TikTok (research hooks, write/shoot/edit, publish, iterate).
Spin up creator/influencer program (recruit, brief, manage, track).
Run sharp paid tests (A/B hooks, formats, CTAs; scale winners, kill losers).
Attribution discipline (UTMs, codes, routing; weekly KPI snapshot).
Partner with PM & Tech on offers, flows, and analytics.
30 / 60 / 90 Days
30: 35–50 TikToks shipped, 10+ micro-creators recruited, $2–5k test budget launched, tracking live.
60: 2–3 repeatable content patterns; CAC on at least one channel; affiliate program live.
90: 2× content velocity via UGC factory; affiliates ≥25% of sales; weekly creative review loop.
KPIs you own
Hook rate, 3-sec hold, saves/shares, CTR, CAC/CPA vs target, attributed revenue, active creators/month, % sales via affiliates.
Must-haves
Portfolio of UGC that sold; comfort on-camera or faceless; basic media buying chops; fast iteration.
Nice-to-haves
Creator CRM, affiliate tooling, DTC/app launch experience.

Our pods ship weekly, or they don't ship. We need a PM who owns outcomes, not just task lists—driving clarity, cadence, and measurable wins across pods from Tech to Marketing.
What you'll do
Own the ship rhythm
weekly planning, scope, QA, and published ship log.
Translate goals → experiments
PRDs, acceptance criteria, instrumented tests.
Remove blockers
align dependencies, manage carve-outs, maintain risk register.
Turn wins into playbooks
prompts, agents, and templates for reuse.
30 / 60 / 90 Days
30: Baseline PRD, milestone map, risk register, backlog groomed, feedback loop, weekly ship log.
60: Cycle time ↓25%; 1–2 quantitative wins (activation/retention/conversion).
90: Predictable weekly releases; north-star metric trending up; reuse library shipped.
KPIs you own
Weekly releases, cycle time, planned vs delivered, escaped defects, activation/retention uplifts, quality of insights, leverage index (impact ÷ hours).
Must-haves
Evidence of shipping (share a 4-week ship log), strong PRD/QA discipline, analytics comfort.
Nice-to-haves
PLG/DTC funnel experience, light SQL, AI tooling familiarity.
