Seats & Roles

Seat Holders have the right to take part in BLV projects. Each Seat Holder picks a role on a project—and can change roles from project to project. Each role earns 15% project revenue share and equity.

The core roles are:

Product Producer

A servant leader who helps shape the vision and define the path to market for innovative products.

Technologist

Builds the product with cutting-edge AI and engineering expertise, turning concepts into reality.

Marketer

Drives growth through effective distribution channels and strategic customer acquisition campaigns.

Project Manager (PM)

Manages operations, wrangles teams, and keeps the project moving smoothly towards completion.
